The Lifter allocated to the USCSS Covenant by the United States Colonial Marine Corps was a no-nonsense workmanlike vessel, never really intended for deep space work.
However, in the movie Aliens, when some of the Covenant's crew were attacked whilst surveying a planet, the lifter became a makeshift lifeboat and weapon, crushing an alien in its jaws and returning the crew safely to their ship.
This authentic and detailed model from Eaglemoss is true to the movie and just as tough! A Certificate of Authenticity is included.
